The process was smooth and organized. Jenny and her team had solutions for all the small speed bumps that can happen, as well as recommendations for all the different people we needed along the process (and afterwards!). We had pretty much given up the house hunt for the year after working with a very hands off realtor, but our friend recommended Jenny. First and foremost she was a joy to work with. She is pleasant, dependable, and dedicated to the case! I was unable to be in the area during the sale process and so left everything in her hands. Her initial presentation as to how she wanted to proceed was so good I left basically all the decisions up to her. She kept me updated and honestly went above and beyond what I would have expected to get the house ready for showing. When I did have questions, she was available any day. The house didn’t last a week and went for over asking price! Diligent to the end, she made sure everything from inspections to move in condition were spot on and handled everything for me.
