We had pretty much given up the house hunt for the year after working with a very hands off realtor, but our friend recommended Jenny. We told her we had pretty much given up on the search but she compiled a list of places that met our criteria and encouraged us to at least look. A month later we were moving into our home! I highly recommend Jenny! She is on it! She was great at initiating contact, reminding us about deadlines, and communicating with our lender while also keeping us in the loop.

As first time home buyers, we found Jenny to be an amazing realtor to work with. She knew the whole area, and after our first day of showings, she knew exactly what we were looking for and helped guide our search until we found the right house for us. I bought and sold my home with Jenny. First and foremost she was a joy to work with. She is pleasant, dependable, and dedicated to the case! I was unable to be in the area during the sale process and so left everything in her hands. Her initial presentation as to how she wanted to proceed was so good I left basically all the decisions up to her. She kept me updated and honestly went above and beyond what I would have expected to get the house ready for showing. When I did have questions, she was available any day. The house didn’t last a week and went for over asking price! Diligent to the end, she made sure everything from inspections to move in condition were spot on and handled everything for me.
